Returns & Exchanges
Easy returns, no stress.
We want you to love what you wear. If something is not right, here is how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Eligibility
All regular-priced items are eligible for return or exchange. Final-sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable at checkout cannot be returned. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage are not eligible for a refund.
How to start a return
Email hello@liberallabel.com with your order number and the items you want to return or exchange. We will reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return label and next steps.
Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping charges are not refunded unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong item.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or color are available while stock lasts. Place a new order if you need a different style, and return the original for a refund.
Defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
International returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot process refunds for items that do not reach our warehouse.
Gift returns
Gift returns can be exchanged for store credit or a different size. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future Liberal Label order.
