Find your fit
Every measurement below is taken from the actual garment, laid flat. Match your chest measurement to the chart, then read the fit notes for the style you're buying — that combination gets it right the first time for most people.
Unisex Classic Tee
Our everyday tee, and the fit every current Liberal Label design is printed on. Straight cut through the body with a standard crew neck and set-in sleeves — true to size for most people.

Measurements are in inches, taken with the garment laid flat. Allow up to 1" variance between shirts.
Fit recommendations
- True to size for a classic, straight fit that skims the body without clinging.
- Prefer a relaxed or oversized look? Size up one — the extra room lands in the chest and length.
- Between sizes? Size up. The body width steps up 2 inches per size, so the smaller size will feel snug across the chest.
- Cut as a unisex/men's fit. For a more fitted women's look, size down one; for a boyfriend fit, stay true to size or size up.
- Sleeves sit mid-bicep on most wearers. Broader shoulders may prefer sizing up for sleeve comfort.
- Expect up to half an inch of shrinkage in length if machine dried on high — wash cold, dry low to keep the fit and protect the print.
Fabric & care
Mid-weight ringspun cotton (approx. 5.3 oz). Soft, opaque, and pre-shrunk, with minimal shrinkage when washed cold and tumble dried low.
How to measure
- Chest
- Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level and snug but not tight. Match that number to the “Fits chest” column.
- Body length
- Measure from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to where you want the hem to sit.
- Compare a tee you love
- Lay a favorite shirt flat, measure armpit to armpit, and match it to the “Garment width” column — that's flat width, so it's half the full circumference.
